Either from CDR or the Asterisk Manager.

We wrote an application about 3 years ago to do this via the Manager, 
listing current channels, updating a Windows C# application for the 
manager, and disconnecting calls if someone didn't ask the manager for 
more time.

We actually used the SendText function to print a message on the screen 
of the phone showing the remaining credit (and wrote a patch for 
Asterisk so you could do this from the manager - included in 1.2 if I 
remember correctly).
