[asterisk-users] all our circuits are busy now

I just don't want Asterisk to play (all circuits are busy now) because by
default the call will go to the next route, here is the debug:

Where can I find and remove this message from?

On Asterisk 2 set the group to outbound lines or something, then check 
the number of channels in that group before making a call - if it's more 
than you have lines then respond with busy or something.
