Hi,

Use the AMI Originate Action with the Async option and set an unique 
ActionID to track the response for each one:

If you're writing an external application, using some open source 
libraries will make your work easier:

http://phpagi.sourceforge.net/
http://asterisk-java.org/

Or look for a good one made on your favorite programming language.
