Just to read this right – you are trying to take an inbound call from
888xxxyyyy and transfer it to your sip extension 8003?

 

If so, 

        Are you able to make internal calls to 8003?

        Can you transfer other calls to 8003 (exten => s,1,Dial(SIP/8003)  )
?

but the extensin existed
