[asterisk-users] Outbound routing

If it's anything like the UK, it won't make a difference... for example:
o2 mobile number ported to orange mobile...
On most providers you still pay the o2 rate.
three mobile ported to o2...
you still pay the three rate (which isn't so good since it's far more
expensive than o2).
