[asterisk-users] Nobody picked up in 20000 ms

When I call my internal extension the phone rings only once and goes to voicemail.
It suppose to ring for 30sec. before calls transfer to voicemail;

Does anybody knows why is it doing it?
I'm using Asterisk 1.4.22.1
