The Asterisk GUI uses the web server built into Asterisk, so what you're
attempting to do here isn't going to work.  I suggest you follow the
instructions at
http://astbook.asteriskdocs.org/en/2nd_Edition/asterisk-book-html-chunk/I_sect111_tt1363.html.  They may be a bit out of date (as the Asterisk GUI has changed quite a bit since we wrote the book), but it should help you get started.
