There are sites which will show you the ratecenter and the company.

Try the following to see all NPANXX's in that ratecenter:

To find the ratecenter:

<http://www.telcodata.us/telcodata/telco?npa=916&exchange=854>

Try 01 Communications . . . they may sell them.
