[asterisk-users] Obtaining callerid on a PRI for billing purposes (with non toll-free numbers)

Some providers will give it to you on a PRI line. If you are using a
TF number you'll get it regardless.
However keep in mind that it takes me about 3 seconds to change
outbound callerid.
