[asterisk-users] Minimum version for asterisk and iaxmodem

So I got 1.2.31 compiled but I still can't do a loopback fax with
IAXModem, Hylafax and Asterisk.
The call connects, but the iaxmodem log fills up with "Adjusting skew
xxx" and the fax ultimately
fails with:
