[asterisk-users] Call Limits

I agree it would be easier. However that would mean allowing them to make up to 12 concurrent calls.
I've been asked to reconfigure Asterisk so that we can bill the client per outgoing channel.
For example, if the client has 2 outgoing channels, and 10 extensions, they should only be able to make or receive calls a maximum of 2 calls, even though they have 10 extensions.
