telnet mx1.datagrama.net 25

that's a space, then the port, in this case, 25.

is ms1.datagrama.net what you really want though?  It looks like
you're using "mydomain.com" as the domain in your asterisk
configuration.  Do you really intend to use mydomain.com ?
