I think this may be not asterisk related, because I think it's 
impossible for an Agent/ channel type (AgentLogin, not 
AgentCallbackLogin) to have more than one simultaneous call, and 
moreover, thinking about an "magic" conference between the channels 
without meetme is out of mind. Have you considered the trouble is caused 
by your telco you are connected with?

On the call center I run this situation is very uncommon, and I don't 
see a reason to blame asterisk for that, considering I receive calls 
from an old tech MFC/R2 trunk.

Just a thought... please correct me if I am wrong.
