[asterisk-users] Grandstream blind transfer issue

Hi
I have used the transfer operation this way.
When i got a call on grandstream phone, i will receive it
and press transfer button and enter transfer number and press send button.
My call is disconnected but no call transfer from asterisk.
Please advice me!!
