CentOS 5
Asterisk 1.4.20

Presumably my other Asterisk server is listening on 4520.

The problem here is that I can change the port, and it will work...
until I reboot.  When I reboot the problem reappears and I can fix it
by changing the port again.

Any other thoughts?
