Epygi is not using Asterisk
For the Grandstream is am not 100% sure but i think it does not also.

There are also the IP4 and IP8 (DSP based, Open hardware design), Warp
from Pika (PowerPC) and the Vdex-40 from Technoco (Multi cpu, arm )

I have worked with Digium's appliance, IP4 and WARP.
