[asterisk-users] RELEASE message in q931.c

I seem to remember that there was a change to q931.c that meant a line 
did not drop immedately, and then that change was reverted ?

I think that these are the lines of code:

 /* wait for a RELEASE so that sufficient time has passed
                  for the inband audio to be heard */
if (pri->acceptinbanddisconnect && (c->progressmask & 
PRI_PROG_INBAND_AVAILABLE))
                       break;

was this change every reverted in zaptel 1.4 ?
