[asterisk-users] Tos_sip

Hi there!
I found solution about marking packets.
In sip.conf I put
...
tos_sip=cs5
tos_audio=ef
tos_video=af41
...

But when I test the packets with wireshark, the sip qos is set at 0x22 with
AF=41
Is the tos should be forever set at tos_sip=cs3?
Anyone could help me please?
