I should have read the wiki instead of a number of other dokumentations.

I used to add the "r" option to make sure that the caller always hears 
the ringing tone. I my case this really confuses the caller, when the 
called party is busy (just as the wiki mentions).

Thanks for the hint, removing the "r" option solved it.
