Well,  my friend, you're describing everything that has happened to me
(including the part where I changed queues.conf).

Today, I did many changes to queues.conf and extentions.ael, while tweaking 
my supper queue. I ended up not useing queues at all. Still, this situations

happed afte many reloads...

BUT, it did happend in the past, "by itself", while asterisk is sitting 
there...
