If you go to Digium webpage:
http://www.digium.com/en/supportcenter/
Click in the middle of the page: "Select a Product" and scroll down:
The will be category at the bottom of selection "Discontinued Products" this is where the "S100I IAXy" is listed.
Though, I think "S101I" replaces it.
