Care to take a look at logger.conf?

Can you point to messages with incorrect priority? E.g.: a warning
message that should be demoted to be notice or even debug. Such cases,
if exist, are bugs that should be fixed.

You can also send Asterisk log messages to syslog (instead of or in
addition to logging to a file)
