[asterisk-users] help Unable to dial _99XXXXXXXX

Hi all

This is rahul i am using asterisk 1.4.17 with degium TE120p card.
I have configured the card but there is a problem coming
Asterisk is dialing_98XXXXXXXX series numbers but it is not dialing
_99XXXXXXXX showing CHANISUNAVAIL.
