Is anyone else having difficulty compiling 1.6.0.2?

It bombs out when compiling manager.c

manager.c: In function 'action_getvar':
manager.c:1732: error: 'SENTINEL' undeclared (first use in this function)

I see a reference in the 1.6 changelog that refers to SENTINEL not 
existing in 1.6.0
