Seems a bit redundant:

 	-fs::sedwards:~$ man sudo
 	NAME
 	       sudo - execute a command as another user

 	-fs::sedwards:~$ man su
 	NAME
 	       su - run a shell with substitute user and group IDs

How about just "sudo bash?"

(Yes, it is 2 characters longer, but you're only executing 2 programs 
instead of 3.)
