Hi Jan,
Is this call from PSTN? Probably the Nr is prohibited in PSTN, then
asterisk doesn't set the CALLERID. Try this:
exten => _3072,1,Answer
exten => _3072,n,SetCallerPres(allowed)
exten => _3072,n,Set(CALLERID(all)=DIRECT <0850553072>)
