Then the answer is "no, but you might be able to hack something up".

EAGI lets you send and receive audio to/from the connected channel.  You 
could also take one of the existing apps that stream MP3 audio and hack 
it to work with other kinds of audio.  I don't know of any app out there 
that will do what you want, but that doesn't mean one doesn't exist.  I 
stick mostly to apps that are part of the Asterisk source.
