[asterisk-users] voicemail is not playing messages

Thanks for pointer; which file should I check for permission?

I have check sound files and they have:
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds have "640" permission
/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/ "750" permission

That is the exactly the same permission on my asterisk-1.2.13 that is
working OK.
