[asterisk-users] Packetization Rate

I am currently using 1.2 and can not upgrade to 1.4 until it becomes stable
and we have done much testing with it.
Obviously somewhere in the asterisk code 30ms must be coded... is it set in
just one place, and if so can I set that to 20ms?
