Just wanted to update the group
I updated asterisk to SVN-branch-1.4-r58833M and page no longer crashes
Asterisk. My below example works great.

Looks like you have at least a syntax error. You have:
_**2,2,Page(SIP/36651)|d
And it should be
_**2,2,Page(SIP/36651|d)
Try fixing the "d" option by placing it within the right parenthesis and
try it again.
