Zeeshan, I don't think it has much to do with blocking, but more with
how the name is passed from the POTS provider to the POTS
sucbscribers, which is done by doing a CNAM against the CIDnumber
received, and the CIDName recieved although present is not used at all
by the POTS provider. From PRI to PRI that doesn't have CIDName
service on it, you could get the CIDName as set by the outbound PRI,
if the provider doesnt' block it, and I have seen that with at least
one provider here in NJ.
