[asterisk-users] Asterisk queue and agents

 Ok. One more thing - how are you logging the agent in? With
AgentLogin or AgentCallBackLogin?

 Additionally, how did you get on that call 56405 to your cell? Was it
directly to the SIP device or via the agent channel that the
represents that SIP device?
