[asterisk-users] Set caller ID based on SIP source.

You can use an "ex girlfriend" type extension, aka if your internal DID is
1000 and that is their caller id on your outbound macro or prefix doctor the
callerid
exten => 1000/_9XXXXXXX,1,SetCallerID(20843471000)
