[asterisk-users] Help with SIP to PBX

HI,
I am using Vanlink voice gateway,with asterisk.Vanlink has 4 fxo and 4
fxs ports.Both vanlink and asterisk are in my local intranet.
I am able to call from a sip phone to analog phones connected to FXS
port of Vanlink Voice gateway.and able to make calls from analog
phones to sip phones.
But i am not able to make calls from a SIP(softphone) to my PBX.
that is i am not able to get a dialtone of office pbx on my sip
phone,while i am able to get pbx dialtone when i use phones that are
connected to voice gateway's FXS port.

So please help me
