Which country are you in?

Asterisk is being used all over the planet, and there are SIP providers in 
nearly every country that has a broadband infrastructure, so it would be 
handy to know where you are....

(Although technically it might not matter too much - eg. sipgate.co.uk is 
physically located in Germany, but hey...)
