[asterisk-users] solved - No cdr_csv after upgrade from 1.2.x to 1.4.x

I did not have a cdr.conf file. I copied the sample to my configs and
actually read and configured it ;>)  Now I get my cdr records.

Maybe cdr_manager.conf.sample could include some verbage that it is for
AMI.
