Btw, the warnings are for IAX channel. Do you get such warnings also
while idle? Maybe something in IAX is blocking voicemail (although it
shouldn't). Can you enable "full" log in logger.conf and post output
of that - that would allow to track PIDs.

Also you could try "core set verbose 4" and "core set debug 2" in CLI
- that would make log more informative.
