[asterisk-users] Voicemail Password Issue

Hello John,

I think it is not the problem with your Asterisk, it is with your Phone (IP
Phone or Softphone)

Check the dtmf format on that. I think it is set to inbound,  then change it
to rfcxxxxxx.

Then it should work fine.
