[asterisk-users] How to use OpenVPN with Asterisk

For audio channels, with gsm codec I account 35KB/s (and 25KB/s for 
G729) per side.
With OpenVPN, what bandwidths may I hope?
Is there a big difference in proc usage for such criptography?
