Download Bristuff 0.3.0-PRE-1y-e:
http://www.junghanns.net/downloads/bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1y-e.tar.gz
and ./install.sh

It will download Asterisk 1.2.17. No need to manually apply any
patches.
