Lspci does show:

lp: driver loaded but no devices found

Disabled Privacy Extensions on device c0344160(lo)
IPv6 over IPv4 tunneling driver
divert: not allocating divert_blk for non-ethernet device sit0
eth0: no IPv6 routers present


Using CentOS 4.4

The driver has not picked up your card.

Two things to do:

1. What is the output of:   lspci

2. What really happens when the module loads?

  rmmod wcte11xp
  modprobe wcte11xp
  dmesg | tail

What linux distribution is it?
