[asterisk-users] SIP on Asterisk, new install

I've managed to get asterisk going.  For the moment, I simply wish to get a couple of SIP phones functional.

One is a x-lite softphone, the other a generic hard (sip) phone.  Each connects to asterisk and will give me a dial tone, and accept key input.  But neither can speak to the other, call never completes. 

A push in the right direction?  Better, a gentle nudge.
