dtmfmode=rfc2833 in sip.conf with

<dtmfAvtPayload>101</dtmfAvtPayload>
<dtmfDbLevel>3</dtmfDbLevel>
<dtmfOutofBand>avt</dtmfOutofBand>

In sepmac.cnf.xml works well.
