[asterisk-users] Line Pickup Problem

Dear Users
I setup asterisk in my home and i want to just using asterisk for outgoing call from internet to my PSTN line 
but when i connect fxo port to phone line asterisk pickup the line first , i want to asterisk wait to somebody pickup the line if line not picked up after proper time the asterisk do that
which setting i must to do in extentsion.conf or zapata.conf?
