[asterisk-users] pickup call little complicated

there 3 things you can do:

1) transfer the call from 100 to 111 once the called to XXXXXXX is answered.

2) park the call from 100, and pick up from 111

3) with * version 1.4 you can configure 100 and 111 as a sla group and
pickup the call at either location using the hold button
