[asterisk-users] zaptel 1.2.9 won't compile

Hello,

While trying to compile the new zaptel 1.2.9 on a Fedora Core 4 system, i get 
the following errors.

it is looking for octasic-helper? which it can't find... am I missing 
something that is needed for this new version?
