*I Got a Siemens Phone and i can't hear the ringing. *
 Try to change these settings in the pap2 device (Admin -> Advanced
Mode->Regional settings)
Voltage = 90V
frequency = 20 Hz
impedance = 900 ohms
waveform = trapezoidal

not sure about the question but this is a must i think..
