Thanks alot!

Indeed it was the 3th solution, I changed
sipusers => odbc,MySQL-asterisk,sip_buddies
sippeers => odbc,MySQL-asterisk,sip_buddies
into
sipusers => odbc,mysql2,sip_buddies
sippeers => odbc,mysql2,sip_buddies
And "realtime load sipusers username 1006" now returns data :-)
