[asterisk-users] new route by caller id

I have installed, asterisk , with postgresql.
it 's the view of extensions table:

in this mode, i dont have any problem, 

but I want to route by caller id, from a system that
supports caller id, 

new value in dbase is:

it does not work, by a call from 871171965.

the point is that when  I test those values , they
also did'nt work
