Hmm, I haven't tried Asterisk 1.4 - I guess I should upgrade my system to see what is going on.  Can you post the INVITE message that is being rejected?

Also, I know we've fixed a number of SDP related issues in 1.4.1, so if you haven't already you might want to try the 1.4.1 beta.  Info on how to get the beta is available here:

Hi!

After I upgraded Asterisk from 1.2.1 to 1.4beta2 I got some problems with
the codes negotiation. I am only able to make calls to the 480i when I only
allow one and only one codec.

If I use:

disallow=all
allow=alaw

or
 disallow=all
allow=ulaw

in sip.conf it works. But if I use:

 disallow=all
allow=alaw
allow=ulaw

I get an 488 back from the phone when I make a call. In the log file from
the phone I get this:

06/10/5 16:06:29.08 3 CSipEngine.cpp:3545 InternalEvSesInvited: Unsupported
media type for MxCall 1mac:00-08-5D-03-14-8B

Anyone else got the same problem?
